Chapters include: good belay practice simple hoists escaping the system abseil safety prusiking and equipment testing also included is a staged Holyhead cliff rescue and a DMM factory visit - the DVD was filmed on location in Malham, Gogarth, Tremadog and the Llanberis Pass.
