The film’s core value lies in its ability to provide an inside look at selected subcultures, achieving an exceptional level of engagement with their members. The filmmakers managed to break through the participants' initial reluctance to openly discuss their experiences. The documentary directly addresses key aspects of these subcultures, including drugs, faith, and personal beliefs. It focuses on six specific groups: the techno scene, graffiti artists, antifascists, religiously oriented youth, skinheads, and young people inspired by Eastern spirituality. The film includes footage from illegal rave parties, graffiti sessions, and other underground activities. This afterword to India Song (Duras' celebrated 1975 film) is organized in several parts. It begins with an interview to Marguerite Duras by Dominique Noguez, an expert in her work; the interview links the film to the two movies whom it's related to: The Ravishment of Lol V. Stein and The Vice-Consul. Several themes are tackled: childhood, autobiographical traces, relationships between differents characters and different films and more. India Song's main actors — Delphine Seyrig and Michael Lonsdale, who played Anne-Marie Stretter and the French vice-consul — join the conversation and talk about their roles and their craft. Marguerite Duras then evokes her memories of the shooting with the composer Carlos D'Alessio and her camera operato Bruno Nuytten. The conversations are punctuated by clips of the film.

“Las Calles Hablan is a feature length documentary film about street art in Barcelona. Until now there hasn’t been a definitive film made in Barcelona which explores the history, motivation, politics and the numerous characters involved in the street art scene. The story follows the real life experience of Katrine Knauer as she develops her interest in Barcelona urban art through her photoblogging website called Mapping Barcelona Public Art and an 2012 street art exhibition featuring some of her discovered artists. The film was originally considered as a 5 minute documentary to complement the Las Calles Hablan exhibition but we later realised that a much bigger, more intriguing story needed to be told. The deeper we delved into this vibrant subculture the more we discovered and the more we got hooked.
