Ivey fights back with violence and destruction, but Dave is determined to counter him legally... a feeling not shared by his associates. John and Paul set out to bring Bodine and Post to justice.

Hoppy must find the money that has mysteriously disappeared and also the robbers so that he can clear California who is now in jail.
