Osono agrees to work as a geisha and eventually is tricked into becoming a businessman's mistress, all because she wants to help her lover. The businessman, in turn, is actually only interested in training her so he can hand her over to a palace official in exchange for a trade agreement...

Unlike their previous live video, Sabbat, Climax Together does not employ camera effects and cutting to stock footage during the performance. Basically giving an open-book about the secrets of the entertainment-world. The film adapts and portrays some of the shocking scenes of this book, focussing more on the gay-aspect of the expose.
