Love of a Thousand Years - Story of Genji(ja)

Set in 900AD and tells the story of a famous female writer of the time, Murasaki Shikibu. Her story begins from the death of her husband, a Japanese noble, then moves on to her recruitment to train the Prince's young 'wives in waiting'. It is dotted throughout and actually composed mainly of one of the fictional stories she wrote, the tale of Genji. Genji is a rich playboy who falls in love and has a son to his stepmother. He falls in love often and has many wives whom are all completely subservient to him.

Propaganda film about the "militia" of Donbass. Spring-summer 2014. Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine. Radically-minded local residents, who consider what is happening in the country as a threat to their usual existence, form separatist detachments of the "people's militia". Among them are young women - the main character of the film, who becomes a tank gunner, before that she was a modest history teacher, whose husband was afraid to join the militia.

How to Fly the B-26 Airplane(en)

Documentary feature film depicting the training of young Lieutenant Jim Anthony as a pilot of the B-26 Marauder bomber. Dick, the captain charged with pilot instruction, leads Jim through every aspect of preparation to fly the bomber, going through a detailed checklist of pre-flight procedures, long before he allows Jim to turn an engine over. Once preparations are completed, Dick shows Jim the process of starting the engines, followed by take-off. In the air, further instruction helps Jim understand the various limits and capabilities of the aircraft. When one engine fails, Dick must simultaneously guide the limping plane back to a safe landing and explain to Jim each step of the procedure.
