New Day Has Come is the title of Canadian singer Celine Dion's 28th album. The album marks Celine's return after a two-year break in her career. It is Céline Dion's first new album out of this 1998 holiday Christmas album These Are Special Times. Among these releases the singer had released only two collections: All the Way ... The Decade of Song and The Collector's Series, Volume One.
