Zainab moves from Mansoura to Cairo to work as a music teacher, but she faces a problem finding accommodation. She eventually finds accommodation with the dancer (Najaf), but she hides from her that there is a resident during the day, so she sleeps there at night, and the reporter works at night and sleeps in the apartment during the day.
