How do you like Wednesday? was a Japanese television variety series that aired on the HTB network in Hokkaidō, Japan, and on other regional television networks in Japan. The program debuted on HTB on October 9, 1996. The series was one of the first local variety programs to be produced on Hokkaido; prior to this series' launch, local variety programs in Hokkaidō were virtually non-existent. The program also had a significant influence on other local programs in other regions in Japan, most notably Kwangaku! in Kansai and Nobunaga in Tokai. The series achieved a record 18.6% viewing share on December 8, 1999, the highest share for a late-night program on a local TV station. Production of the weekly regular series ended in September 2002, though new limited-run series were produced on average of every 18 months; the latest series was shown on HTB in late 2005, eight episodes in length. Most of the series have been rerun under the names of Dōdeshō Returns and Suiyō Dōdeshō Classic.

Plawres is a wrestling game that the players make their robots, which are about 30 cm tall, fight in the ring. The main character, Sugata Sanshiro, is a plawres player. Using his plawrestler, Juohmaru, he beats strong rivals.

Cenk Batu (Undercover Agent) (de)

Crime thriller that follows Cenk Batu, an undercover agent of the State Investigation Office (LKA) in Hamburg. This elegant and multilingual agent adapts to different environments, thanks to its ability to analyze people and situations. The cases they face are multiple, from industrial espionage or financial violations to terrorism or political assassinations.

Super Force (en)

Super Force is an action-adventure TV series about a former astronaut who uses an advanced combat suit and motorcycle to fight crime in the city of Metroplex during the year 2020. Among the features of the suit were enhanced strength and armament, whereas the motorcycle had an array of James Bond-type gadgets and weapons.

Nikki and Nora are NOPD detectives partnered together both as police officers and as lovers in a passionate, but undisclosed relationship. They are assigned to a newly formed Special Crimes Unit of the New Orleans Police Department.

Captain Biceps is a French animated series based on the comic books by Frederic Thebault and Philippe "Zep" Chappuis, available in 78 episodes of 8 minutes each. The series is about a fighting superhero, very muscular but unintelligent, called Captain Biceps, assisted by his faithful companion, Genius, facing the villains to save Capitaleville from disaster. The series first aired on November 8, 2010 on France 3 in France. It also airs on Starz Kids & Family in the United States, weekdays at 8:00am ET/PT.

Dr. Ko Lap-yan heads a team of senior psychiatrists and residents at the Yan Wo Hospital in Hong Kong. Most episodes revolve around the team diagnosing patients. With a specialty at diagnosing criminals, Ko also has close ties with the Serious Crime Unit of the Hong Kong Police Force, a unit headed by Senior Inspector Chung Kwon-ban. The second series sees Ko's resignation from the Yan Wo Hospital; he is later transferred to a new psychiatric department, the Forensics Psychiatry Department, of Bok On Hospital, where he formally diagnoses criminals.
