This short animation draws on advanced digital technologies to offer a new vision of dance in cinema. With motion capture (MoCap) and particle processing, designers Denis Poulin and Martine Époque create virtual dancers free of their morphological appearance. In this balletic and hypnotic film, dynamic traces carry the motion of the real dancers behind the on-screen movements. Addressing environmental themes by way of metaphor, CODA is a fused universe where space and time collide, deploy, and dissolve. In this technically and formally innovative film, luminous bodies in the infinite space of the cosmos transform and evolve to the rhythms of Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring.

I Met a Man is a piece of whimsy inspired by the ever present whistling wind on the Irish coast of County Cork where the filmmaker was living when she made the film. The film is scratched in 35mm film stock with color added in video postproduction.

Filmed on 16mm film, this visual expression is rooted in its archival materials and backed up by the poem by Hans Magnus Enzensberger. It speaks of the forgotten people, their lives and their deeds. These two Archives have been found on the flea market in Zagreb. One is of a famous architect and the other one is of a famous composer. This film ponders on this occurrence, on the vanishing of and forgetfulness of humans.

The two friends go their separate ways. Mobility services transcend space and time and connect their hearts.

Short animated film about Blanca, who tries to fathom art. When a painting makes her laugh out loud, her father reprimands her: "It is not funny, it is Art", he says. Blanca feels it is quite complicated. So when is something art? How do you have to look at it? And is it allowed to touch art, for example?
