Overview:
A fugitive alchemist with mysterious abilities leads the Elric brothers to a distant valley of slums inhabited by the Milos, a proud people struggling against bureaucratic exploitation. At the heart of the conflict is Julia, a young alchemist befriended by Alphonse.
