Hafed, a Turkish prince, imprisons an American girl and her father. The girl sends for Jim, who attempts a rescue. Jim is captured, but Hafed's jealous wife helps them escape. When the initial escape fails, Jim returns in disguise as a dancing girl. He dances for Hafed, luring him into a private encounter where Jim's identity is revealed. A fight leads Jim to take refuge in a tree. Surrounded by guards, Jim summons a warship. A shell from the warship blows up the tree, landing Jim safely on the battleship's deck and securing his escape.

The reel deals with three or four different cases that come up, one a female bootlegger, the other a diminutive man charged with beating his big wife; another raises the question of whether a mule is gentle, and Bobby is called on to ride him. The last charge is against a wild man who escapes, taking Bobby along as he is chained to him. A train runs over the chain and the two drop from the trestle into the police auto.

0.0John Burton met Bessie Fields on her way home one day, and was for making love to her right then and there, but for the interruption of Crazy Joe, a half-witted boy, who always seemed to get in wrong. Burton was incensed, and, although Bessie protested, applied his whip to the demented boy, when Steve Ross, Bessie's sweetheart, happened along and rushed to the boy's rescue. Steve saw that Burton's attentions were not welcomed and ordered him off the scene. Next day, both went to Mr. Fields, and proposed for Bessie's hand. When Burton learned that Steve had been accepted, he rushed from the house, fired back upon it, and fled. Of two shots spent, one hit and killed Mr. Fields.
The city chap arrives in a flivver and makes love to the daughter of the proprietor. The rival plays a strong hand but is not quite strong enough to regain the girl. Little brother plays his part with tact and gets the regulation quarter for allowing the spooners to be alone. An elopement in moonlight provides a good finish.

Daisy goes to her roommates' rooms to borrow items (like a dress, hat, etc.), but finds they've all been hidden or moved by the other girls, leading to funny mix-ups and Daisy's growing frustration. The sisters reveal their prank, and Daisy learns her lesson about borrowing, understanding the inconvenience she caused.

When they arrive and the men mistake each sister for the other. Complications follow particularly when Daddy Jake becomes involved, but it all ends happily.
