Lunettes and Myope: two ways of resisting the world. Identical and opposites, face to face or, more often, back to back, in a small room in a timeless space. Twins and adversaries, these two girls make one: Lunettes uses her glasses to help her understand the world, or at least accept it; Myope can't see, except within herself, and lost in her blurred, but sharp, experience of the world, rebels continuously. Incited by Lunettes, Myope creates (in the same city and climate, but in another dimension) two characters: Pierrot and Agathe. To a certain degree, these two are a disjointed response to Myope, Lunettes, neighbors, and distant representatives. It's very hot. The inhabitants are interested in fountains and shadows. They build cool cabins, hanging curtains over the balcony balustrades. Asphalt sticks to the soles of sandals and when the wind blows, the canopies flap above the café terraces.

Selma works in a factory and looks after her bedfast mother. She is getting ready to marry Dogan the attorney, son of a rich family. Dogan's father is against the marriage, so he asks Despina the brothel keeper, to prepare a trap for Selma. Dogan believes in their plot and leaves Selma, he gets engaged to his cousin. Selma is pregnant, she starts singing in a bar. Haydar reveals her all the truth. Selma kills him as a self-defense as Haydar wants to molest her. Selma gets arrested, however Despina confesses the truth in the court and Selma, Dogan as well as their child get together.
During the German occupation, the Nazis plan to execute 30 men in retaliation for the death of a German soldier at the hands of the partisans. Among the men are three brothers (Giorgos Fountas, Anestis Vlachos and Giannis Fertis). The villagers ask the German officer (Zoras Tsapelis) to spare the life of one of the brothers. He accepts on the condition that their father (Lavrentis Dianellos) selects the one to remain alive.

9-year-old Da-Seul lives with her uncle who work as a waiter and her grandfather who works in a dry squid factory. They live together in a small village overlooking the ocean. Although her grandmother and uncle think that she is mentally challenged, Da-Seul actually has a special talent for the arts along with her autism.
Through seven scenes, the film follows the life and destinies of stray dogs from the margins of our society, leading us to reconsider our attitude towards them. Through the seven “wandering” characters that we follow at different ages, from birth to old age, we witness their dignified struggle for survival. At the cemetery, in an abandoned factory, in an asylum, in a landfill, in places full of sorrow, our heroes search for love and togetherness. By combining documentary material, animation and acting interpretation of the thoughts of our heroes, we get to know lives between disappointment and hope, quite similar to ours.
