However, his plans are about to be derailed as Imtiyaz Kabir, the SP of Anti Terrorist Squad, headed by ADG Vikram Dwivedi and Monali Bhattacharyya, a cryptologist from IB team join hands to decipher the code language used by IM in email communications. Imtiyaz and his team, with the supervision of Vikram Dwivedi, raids the hide-outs of the terrorists and nab all the seven terrorists involved in this attack including Zayed. While behind the bars, Zayed apparently transforms himself into a pious Muslim. He wants to live the life of a common man and writes to the Chief Minister to review his death sentence and give him another chance to lead a normal life. Zayed gets released from jail after four years of his arrest and goes back to his village to reunite with his wife Sabina and daughter Razia.
