The film is a continuous time-lapse with multiple exposures of the sunset from the same angle and position on 16mm film. The shoot was done in a span of 5 years. The title 13 is because the time-lapse has a 13-second interval per frame.

Andrej, a lonesome cowboy, is informed of his brother's death, one of the monks, and starts a search for the gang. Among the lawless and godless men, a fight for getting the better part of the loot is taking place and blood is flowing as much as bullets.

She starts by intriguing between the rich man and his sons, who also had abused her, so that he has two of them killed, and then she sets out against the actual killers, shooting them herself, and leaving the old lecher and his older son to the last. The final confrontation has some surprises, though.
