Saints & Sinners is a telenovela which premiered on March 14, 2007 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on the American television network MyNetworkTV. Two hour installments aired on Wednesday evenings through April, when the show moved to a one-hour slot on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. The network dropped the serial from its time after the July 18, 2007 broadcast. Most episodes were left unaired in the U.S.. 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has not announced plans to release this series on DVD and/or Blu-ray.

When it first began broadcasting, it was in monaural, but later switched to stereo.

Initial rounds consist of a large number of hopeful contestants from across Pakistan individually "auditioning" by presenting a food dish before the three judges to gain one of 50 semi-final places. Entrants must be over 18 years old and their main source of income cannot come from preparing and cooking fresh food in a professional environment.
