Canned Carrott (en)
Canned Carrott was a comedy stand-up and sketch-show by Jasper Carrott. Two of the regular sketches were "Wiggy" and "The Detectives". The first sketch, "Wiggy", followed the adventures of a man with a bad wig. It was a slapstick comedy in which the characters were silent except for the narrator. It was similar in style to Mr. Bean or The Benny Hill Show. The second, and the more popular was "The Detectives", starring the police officers Briggs and Louis, who watched too many TV Police dramas, and unsuccessfully tried to emulate them. Such was the popularity of this sketch that it was transformed into its own television series, The Detectives. Due to their involvement in both Canned Carrott and the contemporary The Mary Whitehouse Experience, Steve Punt and Hugh Dennis also got their own sketch show, called The Imaginatively Titled Punt & Dennis Show, which ran for two series.

Best friends and cadets-in-training Swift, Penny, Rod, and Brody congregate at Top Wing Academy, where they learn what it takes to gain their wings and become rescue birds on Big Swirl Island. Swift is a blue jay and the fastest pilot at the academy; Penny, the only female in the group, is a penguin, and she is an expert at undersea life; Brody is a puffin who takes a more land approach, and Rod is a rooster who is ready to fly around Big Swirl Island in his all-terrain vehicle. The four friends are joined by their mentor Speedy, who helps the cadets on their different missions. "Top Wing" focuses on the importance of teamwork and the ability to successfully solve problems.

From September 16, 2006 until March 1, 2007, the series aired worldwide on GMA Pinoy TV, shown every Saturday with back-to-back episodes. The Neuroi, an enemy of mankind, suddenly appeared mainly in Europe in the 1930s. Only girls with special magical powers called Witches could confront the Neuroi who were difficult to destroy with ordinary weapons. In 1944, the Neuroi nest above the republic of Gallia was eradicated, and safety of western Europe has been ensured. The allied forces earnestly began planning for an oppositional operation towards central and eastern Europe. An order to scramble is given to the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing "Brave Witches" whose base is in Peterburg within the Orussian Empire.

Tomio Shiraishi graduated from a prestigious university and now works for foreign securities company. He has a beautiful fiancée, Kozue Aoike, and no complaints with his life. One day, his father kills himself, leaving behind large debts. Tomio Shiraishi is liable for his father's debts. He pays what he can with his savings account, but it is not enough. He is chased by moneylenders. Tomio loses everything. His job, fiancée and savings. He then becomes homeless. Tomio Shiraishi then decides to work for Daisuke Akamatsu, who runs Akamatsu Finance. Akamatsu Finance is the company that drove Tomio Shiraishi to become homeless. The company looks like a normal finance company, but it actually lends money with high interest. Tomio Shiraishi decides to do anything, including illegal acts, to make money.
