At that time, an anonymous letter is delivered to Fujino Ryoko. The letter states that Kashiwagi Takuya was murdered by a group of students including Ooide Shunji. The media and SNS begin to question whether Kashiwagi Takuya really died by suicide or was he murdered. The school principal tries to take control of the narrative, but this leads to a more chaotic situation. Fujino Ryoko is disturbed by people's reaction to Kashiwagi Takuya’s death. It is about a bird of paradise named Yoko, an armadillo named Jakamoko, and a monkey named Toto who communicate only by use of each other's names. An animated short film from the series made its American debut in 2003 as part of the New York International Children's Film Festival. It was also seen on CITV on ITV1 in the UK from 4 January 2003 to 30 April 2005. Since 2009 the show can be seen in the UK on the BBC's children's channel Cbeebies.
