Clive's culture shock worsens as he continues his journey through Japan and is almost flattened by a 35-stone Sumo wrestler and then travels to the health spa of Beppu to be voluntarily buried up to his neck in volcanic sand and simmered like a potato in a boiling sulphur bath, inexplicably full of grapefruits. Mighty Moshin' Emo Rangers is a television show on MTV UK. The show is a parody of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and it also pokes fun at the emo stereotype. Mighty Moshin Emo Rangers is directed by Chris Phillips and Nick Pittom, who both live in Essex, England; sound design is by Dominic Sinacola who lives in Southampton. The show's theme song was performed by local Essex post-hardcore band Fei Comodo. Starting out as a fan-film project that was distributed on YouTube, Google Video and Myspace, the show was quickly picked up by MTV UK in 2006, and has also made its way to the US MTV. Although a specific release date has yet to be announced, Phillips and Pittom have stated they wish to release a DVD of the show.

A late-'70s attempt to revive the classic comedy show, minus (among others) original hosts Rowan and Martin. It didn't fare well, but is noteworthy for one of its bit players: a then-unknown Robin Williams. He would soon become a star with `Mork & Mindy.'

One day while working, Fin runs into one of his friends that suggests a company to him that can make him “rich” easily. Fin tells Alida about the offer but she finds it sketchy and rejects the proposal. Frustrated by Alida's response and his inferiority complex of not being able to provide, Fin gets into an argument with her. While being overwhelmed with stress, Ailada goes to Facebook and comes across Venus, a public figure that can supposedly help people with wealth and happiness. Ailada then starts to think about the goals she wants to set and reach in the future. The next morning, Ailada goes to meet Venus for help. Will Ailada get the desired advice and finally get to do the things that make her happy?

Dial MTV was a television series on MTV that played music videos. It premiered February 17, 1986. Much like Total Request Live, Dial MTV played the top five or top ten most requested videos of the day, as requested by viewers who dialed in to vote for their favorite video. The countdown started with the fifth or tenth most requested video and ended with the most requested. The show generally aired Monday through Friday for 30 minutes to one hour. The scheduling and length fluctuated over the years. The show had several different hosts. The best known one in the US was Adam Curry, who was also a VJ on MTV's Headbangers Ball from 1987-1989. On MTV Europe, the show was hosted by Rebecca de Ruvo. The video to be #1 longest was 'Home Sweet Home' by Mötley Crüe, lasting over three months until MTV invoked the unwritten "Crue Rule", dropping videos from eligibility on their request line after thirty days.

Capital Scandal (ko)

Capital Scandal is a 2007 South Korean television series starring Kang Ji-hwan, Han Ji-min, Ryu Jin and Han Go-eun. It aired on KBS2 from June 6 to August 2, 2007 on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 21:55 for 16 episodes. Based on Lee Sun-mi's novel Love Story in the Capital, the story juxtaposes the heroic anti-Japanese movement with young romance by depicting the capital Seoul of the 1930s during colonial rule, called "Gyeongseong". It was a time when the nation's independence fighters fought against pro-Japanese traitors, while traditional Joseon-era Confucian values clashed and coexisted with a more modern way of life. The series portrays one of the darkest periods of Korean history with a mixture of tragedy, comedy and romance.
