10.0An unpublished painting, the meeting of two geniuses in a single painting arrives to the museum at a rainy night. The museum caretaker observes the work of art being brought to the lounge where it will be exhibited to the public. The wet box drips on the paint, the paint softens and releases the conjoined painters who walk around the museum intervening on the works of art in a Cubist and Surrealist manner. The caretaker "chases" our painters in a classic cartoon chasing, using the Renaissance mechanisms to restore the order.

6.1The story focuses on high school girl Nagisa Yukiai who lives in a seaside town. She has believed her grandmother's story that spirits dwell in words and they are called "kotodama" (word spirit). One day, she strays into a mini FM station that has not been used for years. As an impulse of the moment, she tries to talk like a DJ using the facility. But her voice accidentally broadcasted reaches someone she has never expected.
8.0Emergence Collapse, the collaborative project of Berlin-based artist and filmmaker Rainer Kohlberger and Viennese electronic music producer Jung An Tagen is nearly beyond description (and perception): An assault on the senses that is at once euphoric and harrowing, at once completely alien and uncannily evocative, their work is perhaps the perfect artistic manifestation of existential angst. Jung An Tagens frighteningly frenetic and earsplitting dissonance is complimented perfectly by Rainer Kohlbergers constantly evolving, neon-tinged visual freak-out. The result is relentless and painfully overwhelming, but like a horror movie, Emergence Collapse demands – and ultimately rewards – your attention.
