The film tells the story of police chief Şahin, who fights relentlessly against criminals. Şahin and his friend Turgut are assigned to gather evidence about a global crime syndicate. Şahin gathers a lot of evidence that reveals the true nature of Haşmet, who plays the role of a philanthropic businessman in his normal life. However, the organization sets a trap for the two police officers just as the truth is about to come to light. Turgut loses his hands, while Şahin loses his eyesight.
