They have lived illiterate because poverty and sex discrimination prevented them from going to school. 10 years ago, Kim Sunja, moved into this village and started to teach them reading and writing. Finally, grandmothers got out of illiteracy and wrote down their own life-filled poems. However, the daily lives of grandmothers are unchanged.
