After the fall of the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan in 1992, some seventy percent of the contents of the museum was destroyed, stolen, or smuggled overseas to Japan and other countries. The resulting material was inputted into ChatGPT to generate a script and then fed into an AI moving image platform, Pictory AI, which translated it into a sequence of moving images from existing databases.
