Single man, Eric Fleury runs the 'wooden toys' family company which is closed to bankruptcy and is about to be taken over by the Group Romance. Eric loses control of the company and his CEO position. But he s asked by Sandrine Rey, head of the Romance Group, who offers him a deal : She s willing to have a kid but she does not have the time nor the wish for a relationship.Therefore, she will marry and divorce Eric right after the birth of the child.
