In deze special kun je zien hoe het verhaal van Karen, Kristel en Josje begon: van de massaaudities tot een samenvatting van de finale met exclusieve beelden achter de schermen. Na hun allereerste persconferentie beginnen de 3 meiden vrijwel meteen aan de tournee voor hun nieuwe theatershow. Onze nieuwe K3 heeft een overvolle agenda: ze zijn te gast in Nederland bij Paul De Leeuw, beginnen aan een promotour in Nederland en België, kiezen nieuwe K3-outfits, doen een fotoshoot voor hun nieuwe album, nemen de videoclip op voor 'De politie'… en dan breekt het moment aan van hun eerste optreden in Nederland. Uiteraard heeft Josje een verrassing gepland om Karen en Kristel in haar thuisland te verwelkomen. In de backstage van de Amsterdamse RAI wacht Josje echter ook een verrassing: haar zus komt op bezoek. Deze special wordt afgesloten met de voorstelling van het nieuwe K3-album: een onvergetelijk moment in de K3-geschiedenis.

Balkan Baroque(fr)

Balkan Baroque is a real and imaginary biography of the Yugoslavian performance artist Marina Abramovic. Rather than a mechanical reproduction of the artist's work, the film tries to create a new reality by translating the performances into cinematographic images that intensify the fictional context of the film. Abramovic plays herself, but ,appearing in multiple forms, blurs her own identity. Memories and fantasies intermingle with day to day rituals. The chronological narrative often breaks to reflect the interior voyage of the protagonist from the present to the past and back to the present. The result is a visually impressive film. Balkan Baroque had its world premiere at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, 1999.
