Dream Line is a documentary about the magical power of dreams. It tells the story of professional skier Ptor Spricenieks’ life as a skier and adventurer, follows an astonishing spiritual and physical journey, and shows that dreams can come reality. The film revolves around a recent expedition to Pakistan where some of the world’s best big-mountain skiers together climb and ski the Gashot Peak, a magnificent adventure in a mind-blowing environment. It is an important milestone in the fascinating life of Ptor, which contains elements of physical achievements and spiritual coincidences that can only be explained by the power of dreaming.

Everest 78, or the French on top of the world(fr)

It was a sporting feat, a national feat, but also and above all a technical feat: on October 15, 1978, three French mountaineers, for the first time, reached the summit of Everest: Pierre Mazeaud, Nicolas Jaeger, Jean Afanassieff, accompanied by Kurt Diemberger, Austrian mountaineer and cameraman. A performance broadcast live on the radio thanks to the France inter teams and filmed for television by TF1. Christian Brincourt, a great French reporter, tells us about this expedition and questions the members of the expedition on their motivations. World-renowned freeriders Xavier De Le Rue, Samuel Anthamatten and Ralph Backstrom progress the sport of freeriding through the use new technology to scope remote areas in order to show ski and snowboard action in a way never seen before. The film charts the progress of an idea to use these wings to access areas from the air in a more personal and organic way, with the aim of capturing great action footage. However the realities were not so simple.
