Archive footage from 2006 - 2010 of a young girl growing up during the ages of four to eight. Only fragments of what is remembered exists. Words from a transgender man float to the surface as fleeting memories go on.

Roman : I’ll be who I was(en)

Born in 1981, Roman was a brilliant young man, promised a bright future but he died crushed by a car in 2015. His friend Eugenia could not accept this disappearance and decided to create an “intelligent” chabot. Feeding it all his texts, the software learned to speak like him thanks to an artificial intelligence.

The editing was composed on a score because the shots are generally very short, up to two images, and they do not follow each other "cut" or crossed but in "racket". The progression of shots varies from faintly colored recognizable to strongly colored unrecognizable.
