Biography

Oliver Buckley (born June 1, 2009) is an up and coming British film writer, director and actor. He's mainly known for his post-apocalyptic indie short film The Last Human On Earth (2026) which was funded and produced by Magoo Studios; the film making workshop and classes he attends and has also starred in a couple others that his film pupils have made such as Metamorphosis. His next known project being worked on there is Super Geeks which he's co-directing and writing with Cormac Dutton. Before Magoo however, he regularly took part in a different film making class; Sparks (Stalybridge), where he befriended the majority of his film friends. Unfortunately though, its shut down in late 2023 caused them to start looking for new places to continue their blossoming film career and in early 2024, him (along with 6 others from Sparks) began their journey at Magoo Studios (also in Stalybridge) ran by Philip Scott-Shurety. He's currently still taking lessons from Magoo and now studies film and TV at college in Media City.
