Federico J. Arioni began making short films with a home camera at a very young age, he was self-taught, he acquired new knowledge and new tools to improve, until he made his first feature film: "A Fistful of Pesos", a film of the criminal genre, filmed in his city, Neuquén Capital, which premiered in the local cinema in 2015. Working hard, with the help of family and friends, he was able to carry out this work, and in the same way, without subsidies or aid from organizations, with a essential but reduced crew, he concluded his second feature film in 2019: "Nobody is Crazy", a drama with fantastic and psychological overtones that also premiered in the city where it was filmed, Neuquén Capital.
In 2017 he won the Revelation Award at the XIV Festival de Cine con Vecinos in Saladillo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2019, Nobody is Crazy, his second film as director, won the Best Film Award at the East x NorthEast Film Festival in Newburgh, New York, USA. In 2020, Nobody is Crazy won the award for Best Film and Best Director Award at Montgomery Film Festival. In 2021 Nobody is Crazy won the award for Best Science Fiction Film in Latino & Native American Film Festival. Nobody is Crazy was also declared in 2019 of interest of the Legislative Power of the Province of Neuquén.
