Lars Kokemüller, stage name Lars Henriks (* 1991 in Wolfenbüttel), is a German actor, director, and musician. He also serves as the artistic director of the world's only horror theater, the Miskatonic Theater in Hamburg-Harburg.
Kokemüller gained his first experience in the film industry as a child, winning a promotional award at the German Youth Video Prize at the age of nine. Later, he completed his acting training at the Bühnenstudio der Darstellenden Künste (Stage Studio for the Performing Arts) in Hamburg.
From 2012 to 2013, he performed his "Slam-Kabarett" program at Alma Hoppes Lustspielhaus and on other cabaret stages throughout Germany. From 2013 to 2015, he appeared as Marcus, a castle intern, in the German-Australian television series *In Your Dreams – Sommer deines Lebens*.
As a director, he wrote and staged—among other works—the play *DOKUSOAP 3000*, as well as several short and feature films, including *Warum Hans Wagner den Sternenhimmel hasst* and *Emma hat Flügel*.
In 2024, Lars Henriks co-founded the Miskatonic Theater in Hamburg-Harburg alongside Nisan Arikan. The theater positions itself as the world's only horror theater, combining classic gothic literature with immersive staging and audience participation.
In addition to his work as an actor and director, Kokemüller was the lead singer of the electropunk band E123 and hosted the *theater_slam* event series at the Hamburger Sprechwerk. Furthermore, since 2014, he has co-organized the *Obsessive Underground Festival* for no-budget and low-budget films in collaboration with other independent filmmakers.
