Thought lost for decades, the film was rediscovered in 1973 and preserved by the Library of Congress.

Jebat can cure people who are possessed by ghosts and also find people lost in the forest. All this was with the perennial help of his father who had passed away. Jebat is interested in Jamilah and wants to have her. Tok Adi finally began to act to keep their village safe.
