Soon after he arrives at his new post, a revolt by the local Cossacks breaks out and the fort is besieged by the rebels. The young officer is astonished to find out that the leader of the rebellious Cossacks is none other than the stranger whose life he had saved during the storm.

The movie takes the audience on a journey through time by throwing light on the vicious cycle of an era, taking place at the beginning of the seventies. The director gives life to the story on screen by telling the story of a child, Hasan, who in the dilemma of poverty and deprivation of a small village is bound to life by the love to his mother. It shows, Hasan struggling to earn money by selling 'ayran' and how people around him sort out their problems with their own lives.

Suggestions also include waiting to sample treats until they have been checked, observing reasonable hours, traveling with groups, observing pedestrian rules, trick-or-treating at familiar homes only, checking treats for inbedded objects, and safe tricks.
