Democracy has long been eradicated, and each 'elected' ruler since the society's takeover is unwillingly forced to do their deeds: enact progressively more controversial, free-will-stripping changes to an already impoverished world nation. Its most recent ruler, GOVERNMENT MAN, declares the worst act yet.
