Overview
Biagio and Salvatore meet one morning by chance at the non-Catholic cemetery in Rome, where they have gone to visit Gregory Corso’s grave. They thus find themselves discussing poetry, modern times that have annulled the word, the nostalgia of “living in verse” and ask themselves if what happened in 1979 at Castelporziano will ever happen again, when authors from all over the world gathered in a great Woodstock of Poetry. Following the two poets on buses and subways, glimpses of walks and trips by car, all form an unusual description of Rome, a journey following the melancholy of the past and the uncertainty of the present, a sort of poetic tale.

Three screens display how the day’s light passes by: from the early morning light until late at night. Along with the woman the artist walks through the forest, in the same rhythm, the same pace. Off-screen she looks through the camera, fragmenting time. The age-old androgynous trees are a vertical constant along which the woman moves, as if in an interval between visibility and invisibility, between sound and silence, while the light keeps on evolving metabletically.

"Earth Summit Mission" is the first 4K documentary recording a scientific expedition. The 60-minute Earth Summit Mission documentary is a record of the second Chinese scientific expedition to Mount Qomolangma which took place in the summer of 2022. It involved around 200 scientists, led by Yao Tandong from the Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research under the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In the course of the expedition, the scientists set a number of records, from collecting ice and snow samples from the highest point on Earth and setting up the world’s highest weather station, to sending up an observation aerostat to an altitude of over 9,000 meters.
