Franklin and his pals are excited about returning to school after a fun summer vacation. Everyone soon finds themselves learning new things and forming their very first soccer team. Now, it's up to Franklin and his friends to win one for their favorite coach before she's off on a new classroom adventure.

Mound is a celebration of the moving painting, in which more than one hundred pallid puppets – clowns, spectres, gnomes, wraiths, and ghouls – writhe, sway, plod, and transform with awkward grace to the mournful musical accompaniment of It’s Raining Today(1969) by legendary singer-songwriter Scott Walker (also known as Noel Scott Engel).

Starting with a piece of vintage porn, filmmaker Naomi Uman painstakingly removed each female figure from the footage using nail polish remover, leaving a striking absence where there's usually a fleshy presence. Uman's celebrated film is a smart retort to pornography's obsessive gaze at the female body.
