At the Seisho Music Academy, the 99th Graduating Class is rehearsing for the annual production of the theatrical play, Starlight. Hello! Project 2021 Summer ~Sapphire & Ruby~(ja)

For the tour, the members were split into two teams: Sapphire and Ruby, and they would be singing old and new songs from the Hello! Project catalog. Each concert featured one of the teams. The final two concerts were held in TACHIKAWA STAGE GARDEN. Disc 1 (95mins), Disc 2 (96mins).
