This documentary offers a behind-the-scenes look at Björk and her touring entourage for the 2001 Vespertine tour. It includes interviews with harpist Zeena Parkins, the Inuit choir from Greenland, electronic duo Matmos, and an ongoing conversation with Björk herself about her recordings and her tours. The documentary is interspersed with live footage of songs from the tour shot by Ragnheidur Gestsdóttir, which themselves correspond to the performances chosen for the Vespertine Live album.

Clara Rockmore: The Greatest Theremin Virtuosa(en)

Quite simply the finest theremin player who has ever lived, Clara Rockmore began her performing life as a violin prodigy at the age of 5 years old, still the youngest person ever admitted to the prestigious Imperial Conservatory of Saint Petersburg where she studied under the great Leopold Auer. Due to childhood malnutrition causing bone problems in her teen years, she was forced to give up the violin and moved to New York City in the mid 1920's where she met and became involved with Russian electronics genius Leon Theremin and helped him to refine and perfect his new instrument, giving advice from the standpoint of a musical performer to make the theremin more playable and developing her own hand techniques and exercises for playing the instrument.

It was followed by 2017’s Plunge, which found Dreijer embracing their newfound queer identity through a set of irresistibly sensual, alien pop songs.

Based on the conversations Jösta Hagelbäck and Erik Ostlund had with Lars Kristiansson, a professor of information theory with data communication at Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden. The talks took place at the difficult cancer sufferer Kristiansson's sick-bed and dealt with his insights in computer technology, his hopes and fears for the new technology, the role of religion, the history of mathematics, reasoning about algebra, analytic geometry and the fourth dimension, along with cultural outlooks over the Western society's lack of mysticism and spiritual values.

Jean-Michel Jarre - Starmus: Bridge from the Future(es)

Staged as the opening event of the seventh edition of STARMUS Festival and supported by ESET Digital Security, ‘Bridge From The Future’ was Jarre’s most ambitious live production to date. A sweeping sci-fi soundscape with stunning visual storytelling, choreographed light and laser displays, a 400-drone ballet, fireworks, and an architectural stage, designed by Jarre, that framed the iconic UFO Bridge with twin 30-metre towers. The concert also marked an historic first-time collaboration between Jarre and Queen guitarist Sir Brian May, who joined him on stage for a powerful new arrangement of Dvořák’s ‘New World Symphony’ as well as newly adapted works ‘Bratislava Time’ and ‘Rendez-vous Bratislava’. Jarre was accompanied by longtime collaborator Claude Samard and rising British artist Adiescar Chase, with contributions from the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra and a 19-piece chorus from the Slovak Philharmonic Choir.
