6.0Chilly Willy can't afford any food, so he looks for a job. That doesn't go so well since Willy has no apparent skills... other than stealing. So he just does that with successful results.
6.6A schooner anchors at the South Pole, and the skipper goes ashore and leaves the ship's mascot, a St. Bernard dog, to stand watch and guard the ship. A small penguin, Chilly Willy (the only penguin not equipped for cold weather...anywhere), sees the ship and tries to get warm by its stove. The watchdog attempts to get rid of him, but Willy manages to get the dog drunk from the rum in its own cask. The captain returns to find Willy saving the ship from sinking, while the dog is found sleeping it off. Willy is made mascot and the dog is tossed in the ship's brig.
Smedley is guarding his master's estate when he receives a package in the mail containing Chilly Willy. Chilly immediately sets his sights on devouring the master's stuffed barracuda which Smedley does everything in his power to prevent...

Chilly's nemesis as usual is Smedley who's a worker at the aquarium where the penguin is catching fish. Smedley tells him he's not allowed to do that but of course Chilly just does what he wants to which leads to another chase between him, Smedley, and a porpoise Smedley feeds.

Chilly Willy's on a wharf fishing, using his accordion as a sea bag. As he catches a fish, he puts it in the sea bag.
Smedley is the manager of Balancing Rock Canyon where various boulders are perched atop high poles. As Smedley explains, the slightest noise is enough to send the rocks tumbling ("You gotta be quieter than a goldfish in a sound-proof aquarium") so it's hardly a surprise that he panics when Chilly Willy arrives selling various loud noisemakers among them firecrackers, a "boomerang brick", a joy buzzer, novelty gun, and exploding telephone.
6.0A Yeti in the snow. Felix with knapsack journeying through the snow. He arrives amongst sunny fields of sunflowers. Uncle Tom is playing the banjo and his child is dancing. Felix joins in. The music wakes an angry man (dressed like a ring master). He uses his whip to break the banjo and threaten uncle Tom. Mammy is cooking pancakes. Felix turns her frying pan into a banjo using his whiskers as strings. The family dance again. The angry man chases them and Felix turns the banjo into a unicycle to escape.
0.0It's snowing and the thermometer is dropping well below freezing. Felix is cold. In his house a statue puts on a blanket, an alarm clock puts gloves on its hands, and a man in a painting puts on a hat and scarf. Another cat is shivering in the bath - the water has turned to an ice block. There's no wood for the stove. Felix tries to cut a tree trunk but it turns out to be an elephants trunk.
8.5Felix can't afford to get in to the theatre so he makes a hole in the wall to peep through. There are two wrestlers. A small Japanese mans overthrows an enormous opponent. Inspired, Felix ties a know in a lamppost and is chased by a policeman. He tries to karate a goat who head butts him. He lands in a Japanese garden where two Geishas are kneeling. Inside a hut another Geisha kneels.
0.0An old man is smoking a pipe. His wife hates the smoke and throws the pipe away. Felix fills the gramophone horn with coal so that he can smoke that instead. Smelling the fumes, his wife goes into a mad rage and throws the new pipe away. The old man falls asleep. The sun shines on his spectacles and starts a fire in his beard. The smoke alerts his wife who angrily fights with him for smoking again. Felix empties the goldfish bowl on him to douse the flames.
