Grandchild fraudsters scare their victims on the phone with so-called "shock calls". The losses run into millions. Month after month. Many victims are left severely traumatized. But the scam has a weak point. And the izzy team has found it. During a year-long investigation, izzy figurehead Cedric Schild pretends to be an elderly person and supposed victim on the phone. This not only makes for a few laughs, but also drives the perpetrators crazy - at the same time, the editorial team penetrates deep into the structures of the criminal clans. Thanks to more than 1200 minutes of recorded conversations from real shock calls, the izzy film "Die Enkeltrick Betrüger" shows all the tricks used by fraudsters for the first time and thus makes an important contribution to prevention. In cooperation with the law enforcement authorities, the perpetrators are arrested in front of the cameras.

In this experimental short film, Kristian Day collected artwork created by the public. He found the majority of the pieces at "Sharpie marker demonstration tables" and it took almost a year to collect the artwork. All pieces were created by chance with no prior thought. He originally intended on using the photos for a collage canvas piece, however after deciding that a short film would stand the test of time longer, he took individual shots of over 30 pieces. The drone music was created using a variety of simple sound generators & tapes that are being manipulated by delays, filters, and reverberation effects.

Georgswerder is a small "underdeveloped" district in Hamburg, Germany. This film follows four residents to explore the problems and potentials of the neighborhood - and uses hybrid animation to make their visions come to life. This is a commissioned work by Studio Ranokel for "Q8". Q8 does social work in the context of neighborhood development. The film portrays Georgswerder and its challenges in order to make it more visible in general AND specifically for Q8 to have something to show to potential partners that might not be very familiar with Georgswerder.

The film was shot by the DSE (Democratic Army of Greece) in 1948. The filming took place in Grammos and Vitsi, an area that the DSE had under its control during most of the Civil War (the so-called "Free Greece") and in the adjacent communist countries, Hungary and Czechoslovakia. It was first shown in Hungary and then in the other member countries of the "communist Paradise". The original film, which was considered lost for many years, was located in Hungary a few years ago. The subject of the film is "Child-Rescue" (or "Child-Rescue" as the KKE calls it).
