It is only the fearless and clever Bětka who manages the seemingly impossible and together with the prince rescues Martin from the captivity of the evil sleigh.

One day, Happiness and Sorrow come to town. Happiness leaves her magical cloak in the local inn, saying that it fulfills every wish to those who wear it. However, Sorrow knows that Happiness doesn't come alone, but brings worries with herself, too. The magical cloak changes its owner and fulfills the most unusual wishes of timid professor of violin, old night guard, naive student and blonde girl. When all their wishes are fulfilled, they find out that they did not achieve happiness.

So she conjures up a real dwarf for him, who makes Leopold's life "unpleasant". Will the prince's love help him grow up and get rid of the dwarf and his excuses?

They see scenes flash by and the ZZ mark on his costume disappears! Zorori treasures it incredibly as it was emboldened by his mother although he doesn't know its meaning. After crashlanding in the street, Zorori, Ishishi, and Noshishi are saved by a fashion design student whom Zorori later realizes is his mother. The alarm clock machine had become a time machine and sent them to the past. She and later Zorondo Ron, help the trio take back their time machine from the police and a kaijuu.

The film is a delightful tale of a spoiled wedding between child's toys which shows Starewicz's typical style of making amusing films appropriate for children without much sentimentality. As in many of his other films, his daughter Nina plays the role of the child.
