The Adventures of Timothy Pilgrim (en)
The Adventures of Timothy Pilgrim was a children's television serial consisting of ten 15 minute installments which originally aired in 1975 on Canada's TVOntario and was rerun countless times afterward over the next decade on TVO as well as on other Canadian educational channels and PBS. The title character is a shoeshine boy who travels back 100 years in time by means of a magic trunk and meets Zachariah Gibson, a travelling salesman and showman who peddles elixers and tonics. Episodes are based on the pair's travels between the worlds of the 1875 and 1975. Both characters face challenges in their respective times - Timothy is an orphan who squats in an abandoned warehouse and makes a living shining shoes and doing odd jobs at a neighbourhood diner owned by Wilma. Zachariah Gibson is a travelling salesman who sells medicinal cure-all elixirs of dubious quality out of his wagon. The two form an unlikely bond across time that teaches Zachariah the value of friendship.

Miwa, Motoaki, Ritsu, Aoi, and Satoru have lived at the same apartment complex for years and they are childhood friends. When they were younger, they always played together. Now, they are high school students and they attend the same high school. They are still friends, but their relationships have changed. Miwa has feelings for Motoaki, but she can't tell him about her feelings. Motoaki is unaware of her feelings towards him and treats her like a friend. Aoi acts like she is good friends with Miwa, but, Aoi is frustrated by her sense of inferiority and jealousy towards Miwa. Aoi is dating Satoru. Meanwhile, Ritsu complains about the relationships of the other 4 and keeps his distance from them.

Yellowthread Street is a 1990 ITV police drama about detectives of the Royal Hong Kong Police based on the novels by William Leonard Marshall. In the Yellowthread Street series, the detectives of the Yellowthread Street police station in fictitious Hong Bay, Hong Kong -- DCI Harry Feiffer, a European born and raised in Hong Kong; Senior Inspector Christopher O'Yee, half-Chinese, half-Caucasian American, and all neurotic; and the ever-bickering team of Inspectors Auden and Spencer -- attempt to find the rational basis for inexplicable and seemingly bizarre crimes. For example, in 1988's Out of Nowhere, DCI Feiffer must figure out why in the pre-dawn hours, four people in a plate-glass-filled van with Chinese opera blaring out the tape deck were driving on the wrong side of a deserted motorway, miles from the nearest on-ramp, before dying in a violent collision with an oncoming lorry. And why, moments before the collision, did one of the passengers shoot the van driver? Thirteen fifty minute episodes were made. Cast members included: Ray Lonnen, Bruce Payne, Robert Taylor, Tzi Ma, Mark McGann and Catherine Neilson. Tetchie Agbayani appeared in one episode.
