Mandatori centers around Norman (Aeril Zafrel), a preternatural police detective with the ability to use his ‘imagination’ to visualize and subsequently solve a crime scene. Things take an odd turn, however when he discovers later on that he is unable to his ‘powers’ anymore. Time is not on his side, as the city of Banda Raya falls into a deeper abyss as more mysterious occurrences come to unfold.

Tipping Point is a British television game show presented by Ben Shephard and is broadcast on ITV. The show began airing on 2 July 2012 and sees contestants answering general knowledge questions to win counters which they use on a large coin pusher arcade-style machine which releases the counters worth £50 each. The third series began airing on 20 May 2013. Twelve celebrity editions of the show, known as Tipping Point: Lucky Stars, aired between June and August 2013. These feature three celebrities, playing to win up to £20,000 for their chosen charities.

50/50 was a British children's game show that was broadcast on BBC1. It was broadcast from 7 April 1997 to 12 July 2005. Two schools in the UK put forward 50 students, each child given a number from 1–50 which they wear during the show, before each round a random number generator picks which students will take part in the next game. The t-shirt colours were originally green and orange but this was changed to blue and yellow. They sit opposite each other in raised seating while the game takes place in between them. Most of the children will not get an opportunity to play in a game, but there are question rounds and observation rounds where points are won by the number of correct answers. The games usually consist of inflatable obstacle courses similar to those found in Get Your Own Back, Fun House and Run the Risk.

My Date with a Vampire is a 1998 Hong Kong television series produced by ATV. The story is based on the future events of the plot of Vampire Expert, a similar two-season television drama aired on ATV in 1995 and 1996. It blends aspects of the jiangshi with those of western vampires, while injecting elements of Chinese mythology and modern horror legends. The series is a tribute to Lam Ching-ying, the lead actor of Vampire Expert and a prominent cast member in the Mr. Vampire franchise, who died of liver cancer in 1997. It was followed by My Date with a Vampire II and My Date with a Vampire III.
