As if demanding guests and a snooty neighbor aren't bad enough, the campsite is also threatened with closure. In an attempt to keep the tent standing, our main character sinks deeper and deeper into a hilarious whirlpool of problems, fabrications, and misunderstandings. In this farce, Jon van Eerd is once again supported by a host of well-known personalities such as Pamela Tevens, known from 'Onderweg naar Morgen', and Lucie de Lange, who considered the farce the best reason to return to Dutch theaters.

'Sparky" was the dog who was responsible for the Interstate Commerce Commission passing a special ruling allowing guide-dogs to travel first-class in Pullman cars to accompany their blind partner, and not as animals confined to the baggage car. Smith shows how 'Sparky' went to Washington D. C. with his master and helped sell the change to the legislators.

The money goes to Henry's bookie, and the boys decide to pull Junior's tooth themselves... by tying a string onto the back bumper of a car. But a pet parrot spills the beans, and mother-in-law goes chasing after them with fire in her eye, and a fireplace poker under her coat.
