Unforgiven (2002) was a PPV presented by Castrol GTX that took place on September 22, 2002, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. It was the fifth annual WWE Unforgiven event. The main event from the SmackDown! brand featured WWE Champion Brock Lesnar fighting The Undertaker to defend the title. The main event from the Raw brand featured World Heavyweight Champion Triple H defending against Rob Van Dam for the title. Four matches were featured on the undercard. The first was a singles match between Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle. The next was Trish Stratus challenging Molly Holly for the WWE Women's Champion. Eddie Guerrero fought Edge and WWE Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho defended his title from Ric Flair.

As the paranoia worsens, Ronnie's list of possible killers starts growing just like the body count. Final Battle 2007 was a professional wrestling event held by Ring of Honor. It took place on December 30, 2007 at the Manhattan Center in New York City, New York. The show was ROH's last show of 2007. One of the show's two main events was to feature Nigel McGuinness defending the ROH World Championship in a Four Way Fray against Bryan Danielson, Chris Hero and Takeshi Morishima. However, the night before McGuinness was severely injured in his defense against Austin Aries. During the match, Aries dove from the ring, smashing Nigel's face on the edge of the guard rail, resulting in a concussion, a broken nose and a gash about his eye that need 15 stitches. As a result, Aries was added to the Four Way Fray, with the winner getting a shot at the ROH World Championship at the Sixth Anniversary Show.

As long scenes of well-oiled and slippery wrestlers in action prepare viewers for Bilal's big event, the struggle of these men is reminiscent of the struggle of Bilal's family to come to grips with a world they may not be able to accept unconditionally.
