She and Orhan, the son of a wealthy family, fall in love. Orhan's mother opposes the marriage. Despite this, the couple marries and has a child. A few years later, Nermin's brother Ahmet, who was in prison, is released. Orhan catches Nermin meeting with her brother in secret in a hotel room. He believes that Nermin has cheated on him and leaves the country with their child. Following this separation, Nermin will embark on a difficult struggle for survival on her own.
