3rd Degree is an American game show that aired in syndication from September 11, 1989 to June 8, 1990. The series was hosted by Bert Convy, while Bob Hilton served as announcer. It was the final game show hosted by Convy, who died thirteen months after the series was cancelled. The show was produced by Burt & Bert Productions, Kline & Friends, in association with Lorimar Television, and distributed by Warner Bros. Television. The series was similar to the Goodson-Todman panel games What's My Line? and Make the Connection. 3rd Degree was taped at Studio 31 at CBS Television City in Hollywood.

It also had a second run on Cartoon Network in 2010, making it the only series of Wedgies to do so. Along with Big Baby, this was the only Wedgies series to have 7 episodes rather than 5. The series was created by Art Roche and executive produced by Steve Patrick. The shorts center on an orange bear and a green raccoon who are always after one single nacho chip and will stop at nothing to catch it. Nacho Bear won't settle for any other chip; he wants only that specific one. Nevertheless, despite all their efforts, neither Nacho Bear nor the raccoon ever get the nacho chip they long for.

This documentary is 3 hours in length, consists of 4 episodes and makes extensive use of research. The first two episodes portrays the life of the Dictator Julius Caesar while the remaining are portraits of Emperor Caligula and Emperor Nero. Tony Robinson is portraying Caligula in a different perspective, than what is normally associated with a the "mad emperor", by using various sources that examines his childhood in order to portray him in a better light. The last episode portrays emperor Nero.
