Overview
Stonehenge is one of the most enigmatic and fascinating historical sites that Britain has to offer, largely because historians have little idea what the huge stone monoliths were for, or how they got there. There's no end of theories, but none of them so far have been conclusive. Recent revolutionary research has just been undertaken which, over the course of four years, has yielded some fascinating insights into the site. Drawing on this new data, archaeologists might finally be able to put to bed some of its mysteries. This two-part programme reveals the project's findings

Shinjuku, 1979. A member of the Kaeda Yakuza gang, Akutsu Shouji, has lost in a brawl with a university cheering squad, and begs for forgiveness through bitter tears. Since then, nothing has gone well in Shouji's life, until 10 years later in 1989, his friend was ordered to kill him, and as he ran away he killed himself, ending his miserable life. But when Shouji opened his eyes, he was in Shinjuku in 1979, at the fight with the university students that caused things to go wrong. Now with ten more years of memories and experience, Shouji repels the university students with spirit and wisdom. Now he swears to wear a gold emblem around town, and begins his life anew.

Junior Vets gives ordinary school kids the chance to become junior vets. In each episode the recruits are split into pairs and sent out to help with real vet work on animals in a vet school, farms, zoos and other animal hospitals. Some cadets are anxious around animals; others are terrified of blood and gore; whilst a few are simply determined to get as much hands-on animal experience as possible! They face decisions and dilemmas and will have to show real co-ordination and teamwork to come through each day.
