This limited-run serial stars Génesis Rodríguez as a sweet, simple girl who leaves rural Mexico for Miami in the US to fulfill her destiny in the chocolate business. Elements of this romantic soap opera resemble Ugly Betty, the Tammy films, The Beverly Hillbillies and No Holds Barred. Lionsgate Home Entertainment and Xenon Pictures released a four-disc DVD set of Dame Chocolate in the US on November 27, 2007. The abridged version runs over 13 hours. It includes English subtitles and carries a TV-PG rating.

As soon as they get there, Kasfiya is assigned to the palace to be a lady of the court (i.e. concubine) for King Admed, the ruler of Hinfara. It was foretold by the Royal fortune teller that the woman who will give birth to King Admed’s heir has arrived to Hinfara. Because she already had a lover and the misconception that Michelle was trying to steal her French lover Robert, Kasifya devises a plan to make Michelle her substitute. Following traditional custom of the land, Sharif, the King’s beloved friend/ royal officer will delivery that woman to King Admed. On the night of the delivery of Michelle to King Admed, Oman, a younger relative of King Admed, created a rebellious uprising and had King Admed executed in front of Sharif. Sharif was very devastated by the lost, he fought with the rebel army and fled with Michelle into the wide and open desert. Together Sharif and Michelle had to face the dry harsh elements of the desert landscape as they were being hunted down by Oman’s rebel army. Being together alone and experiencing the difficulties of the desert together, the two began to sympathized with each other. Sympathy and understanding turned into Love. However, their love faced an obstacle because Sharif’s duty to save the throne of Hinfara and to make the kingdom peaceful again.

Justice Bao is a Mainland Chinese television series centering on the legendary Chinese official Bao Zheng. The show stars Jin Chao-chun, Kenny Ho, Fan Hung-hsuan and Wang Shasha. The first three - as well as actor Lung Lung - first portrayed their respective characters in the 1993 Taiwanese hit Justice Bao. Producer and lead actor Jin Chao-chun, who had purchased a movie studio in Qingdao solely to film the series, plans a 40-episode season each year until 2019. By that year he would have portrayed Bao Zheng for a total of 1000 episodes in his television career.

TLC (en)

TLC is a darkly surreal farce-like sitcom set in a fictional NHS hospital called South Middlesex where coffee is traded like drugs and pretty much everyone has a personality problem. It was first broadcast on the BBC on 11 November 2002 and ran over six episodes until 16 December. There were some very mixed opinions on the show among both critics and viewers, but it achieved decent ratings and featured an excellent comedy cast including Richard Griffiths, Alexander Armstrong and The League of Gentlemen's Reece Shearsmith. The series was released on DVD in the UK on 29 October 2007. The show never confirms what "TLC" stands for, although it is presumed to be a sarcastic reference to the widely used abbreviation for "Tender Loving Care", but could equally refer to the alternative yet related abbreviation "Total Lack of Concern".

Where the Action Is or was a music-based television variety show in the United States from 1965–67. It was carried by the ABC network and aired each weekday afternoon. Created by Dick Clark as a spin-off of American Bandstand, Where the Action Is premiered on June 27, 1965. Originally intended as a summer replacement and broadcast at 2 P.M. EDT, the show was successful enough for it to continue throughout the 1965-66 TV season, with a change in time period to 4:30 P.M. Eastern time, so its young audience could continue to watch it once schools opened in September. The show's theme song, "Action", became a hit single for Freddy "Boom Boom" Cannon, peaking on the charts in September 1965. Most of the telecasts, all of which were produced in black-and-white, were taped at various locales in Southern California although a handful of segments were taped elsewhere in the country. The theme song was written by Steve Venet and Tommy Boyce. Later Boyce co-write songs for The Monkees. The program had its own stable of performers, most notably Paul Revere & the Raiders, who served as the de facto house band. When the group departed the show in 1966, they were replaced by The Robbs. Other regular performers on Action included the dance troupe Pete Manifee and the Action Kids. Individual episodes featured a wide range of guest performers, as detailed below.
