Karma is a 25 part Indian weekly superhero-fantasy television drama aired on STAR Plus from August 27, 2004 to February 11, 2005 on Friday nights. Karma, directed by Pawan Kaul and written by Subodh Chopra, involves the battle between good and evil as the titular superhero faced off against demonic evil. The main cast of the show was Siddharth Choudhary in the titular role of Karma, Riva Bubber and Tinu Anand. In 2007, the drama was re-aired on STAR Utsav.

Vídeo Show is a long-running Brazilian TV program on Globo TV. From its debut in 1983 to 1994, the show aired weekly. Since then, it has been airing from Monday to Friday at 1:45 pm, following the lunchtime news, Jornal Hoje and being one of the most-watched afternoon shows. Currently hosted by the actor André Marques, its format is that of a daily "electronic magazine", where the network's backstages are shown, with on-set and behind-the-scenes footage on Globo's series and telenovelas, including bloopers, interviews with the actors, directors and authors, funny segments with scenes from soaps, and old videos from the network's archives. At the end of the show, there is the Vídeo Game segment, consisting on a week-long game show hosted by Angélica, where actors, divided into two teams, must answer questions and complete funny tasks related to the network's current and/or past shows. The winner team is announced on Friday, and donates the prize to a charity of their choice. The opening theme is based on Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough, by Michael Jackson.

Chen Zhen has always been strict with Huo Dongjue, hoping that he can grow into an upright and promising young man. The Japanese martial artist Sato wants to dominate the Chinese martial arts world. In order to combat Sato's gradually rising power, Chen Zhen decides to rebuild the Jingwu Sect. Sato was very unwilling to suffer the blow, so he kidnapped Huo Dongjue, hoping to get Chen Zhen into committing suicide. After learning that Huo Dongjue had been kidnapped, Chen Zhen was extremely anxious and immediately decided to bravely break into the tiger's den alone. However, there were so many enemies that Chen Zhen was outnumbered, and was eventually killed by Sato's trick. However, before his death, Chen Zhen was so heroic that he greatly weakened the power of Sato's party and promoted the glory of China.
