Aetherrise (lt. Aukštynpakylėjimas) is a feature film — a experimental psychological surrealistic drama. Mija exists between silent conversations and inner stillness. Things take an unexpected change as her distant friendship with Ieva shifts. Reality slowly starts to connect with dreams, memories and what could be projections of her own mind. This is a visually sensitive and atmospheric story about inner worlds, human connections and how easily one can become lost between reality and illusion.

Bobby and the Magical Forest(he)

Oded, a 17-year-old boy suffering from loneliness and trauma, lives with his brother Amit in the city of Sderot. After a news report about a monster desecrating graves, the two set out into the forest to check on the grave of their beloved dog, Bobby. What begins as a mysterious adventure quickly becomes a psychological journey, as Oded is torn between fear, memories, and illusion. As the journey deepens, reality starts to unravel.

UNFINISHED(pt)

"UNFINISHED" represents a life left on hold. This film depicts a repetition of the days that follow. A mental spiral that seems to have no end and, because of it, everything remains unfinished. A mix of everyday reality with what goes on in the imprisoned mind that, due to its own problems and frustrations, ends up becoming increasingly involved in its thoughts and stuck in a routine at home, while life outside remains "unfinished."

4.48 Psychosis(pt)

An adaptation of the play "4.48 Psychosis" written by Sarah Kane. The movie consists of scenes that work as a fragmenteded voyage through the mind of a person on a deeply depressive state. Everything is shown in a raw and experimental manner to bring the feelings and emotions in the most pure form to screen.

Enough of Myself(nl)

Do you ever wonder why you are the way you are? One day I decided to ask myself this question and I have been struggling to put the answer together ever since. “Enough of Myself” is my visualization of this process. When I finally had the headspace to consider my own emotions, it turned out to be a lot harder than I had thought. When you start to examine your own thoughts and patterns, the digging doesn’t stop. You keep digging deeper and finding new connections that you might have preferred stay hidden. But to ignore these things is to give in to them. Growth requires a certain level of vulnerability, not just towards others but towards yourself as well. To grow beyond those negative patterns, you need to look them in the eye first. In my film I tried to capture this emotional process in an array of animations. I hope that I haven’t just captured my own emotional process, but some deeper universal emotions as well.
