Ratt's VHS films put together all the videos the band ever made. In a time when MTV was in full swing, and hair metal was all the rage, bands like Ratt were all over TV and the videos were as sleazy and cheesey as anything you would see on MTV at the time. As you watch the videos from Ratt, you notice how they evolved over the years and what became more imortant to them in the end as to how they wanted to be percieved. Expensive, flashy clothes, make-up, and of course, being surrounded by scantily clad, cleavage bearing girls. In 1986, this was loads of fun, and videos like "Lay It Down" were some of the most watched and popular videos on MTV. Looking back on them now, they were a product of their time, and the overindulgence and silliness of it all seems rather dated. The earlier ones like "Back For More", and "Wanted Man", were done at a time when the band had yet to reach million selling status.

What intention and what mechanism of action resulted in the withering away and slow death of progressive trends; the most vital ones becoming manipulable and commercialized? The filmmakers do not tell the answer, and they do not tell anyone. They leave it up to the viewer to decide whether they want to answer at all. Because if not, the seventy-five minutes of Rockfogyatkozás will still pass quickly. It carries within itself the possibility of a multi-part series offering an optional experience, with which several layers of viewers can be satisfied at the same time.

This was during the Under The Radar Over The Top Tour, where Scooter were promoting their 2009 studio album Under the Radar Over the Top. The Blu-ray edition contains also all 45 videoclips of the band.

On August 10, 2019, Vincent and Dag played in front of 18,000 enthusiastic fans in the completely sold-out Wuhlheide in Berlin. The almost three-hour concert featured everything that makes a bombastic show: In addition to crazy pyrotechnics, a dip in the crowd and a musical journey through time with old songs, there was also an acoustic set on a second stage in the middle of the audience. The whole thing was rounded off with a huge firework display. The guys played their hearts out and the audience passionately joined in every second.
